Didn't do service
Halle wouldn't work on our fridge, as they made a typo with the Model # of the fridge on the work order (even tho thd serial number was correct). He didn't even want to speak to the Service Protection Advantage rep when I got them on the phone. And with my last technician, he called to say he would be arriving at 5, when that's past the 8-5 window. So has to reschedule and wait another week. Not impressed. At all.

Technician
Incompetent. Advised me to pay someone to remove the air conditioner from the wall. I have a five year warranty. Your entire company is just terrible. The air conditioner has not been working since June.

Very POOR service!
This technician did not know how to complete the repair! He left without even checking if the oven worked. OUR OVEN IS STILL NOT FIXED!

Refrigerator repair
He came and put in the parts, but the refrigerator isn't making cold. He also took my brand new ice maker that Sears sent me, instead of installing it

Just disrespectful
This technician was just rude disrespectful and unaccommodating. He put the machine back together and didn't finish testing of the machine said it will work and then wanted to leave. I certainly am glad my wife wasn't here alone I fear to think of how he would've treated her

Air conditioner
The tec came out and did nothing just told me the unit is good even though it mest up my wall inside from it leaking and I told him it's shuts off he saw the damage took pictures but did not not it like he said he would he told me the pass tec did not do they job and clean it like it supposed to be clean he said the whole unit supposed to be out the window it's 24 years old air conditioner and I pay for this for what fir him to tell just buy a new one when u supposed to replace it I will be canceling your service. I'm done with you.
