Initial Scheduling for Setvices
I had a very difficult time initiating Sears Contract Service. I called and was transfered at least 20 times prior to reaching the correct department. One of the issues was a wrong phone number which was and old number on file 20 years ago. Also no apt number on my address which made delivery for one of the parts a problem I did not know and was not made aware initially of how the contract service worked. However thank God I contact technical services to add my apt number for parts to be delivered. I left work early to meet the technician at my building in order to avoid getting a text saying I was not home!!! Finally the technician repaired my refrigerator and it is working fine. If I can offer any solutions make clear to people the contract process, the number to call (which is different from scheduling regular sears service) And what must be done online at SearsHomeHub. Thank you
