He was very patient and access the problem. He has great customer service skills . To bad Sears communication with the parts department is horrible. Parts department did not have the part for my stove and oven and now i have to buy a new stove. I waited for a whole month to received this news. parts department poor communication skills

Alek was the second service person provided for my Dryer. He provided excellent service and was heads above the first technician that misdiagnosed my issue. The first service individual appeared to have indicated a problem that had nothing to do with the Dryer. Alek indicated that the problem is with the electricity to the Dryer's outlet and the need for an electrician. While the first technician indicated a fuse problem and ordered fuses and thermostats, as it turned out the fuses and thermostats and heating element were NOT the issue. The first technician was virtually NON-VERBAL, explaining nothing. I now see why.
