Ke wood, Refrigerator:Faulty Cooling Refrigerator.
The technician, made a repeat visit for the same issue. At this visit, he reset the upper and lower thermostat's. He explained the two settings again. According to him, it should be working efficiently in the next 24 hrs. His previous visit, he gassed the compressor. At this stage, l don't know what to believe but l will continue to monitor the refrigerator. The inconvenience, loss of food and , time wasted is becoming unbearable .

Sears need to consolidate on the parts and service. There is no reason ,why a technician should be making repeated visits. It is a waste of productivity time on the Client and technician side. Job still Un completed.

service has not resolved issue with ice maker
Ice maker at first was slow. Now it dose'nt make any at all, Plus it makes loud clanking noise coming from the tray unit.

Power Fail Issue not resolved
Didn't do anything to resolve issue. He keep blaming it on the heat wave and Con Edison ask in the summer for customers to try to use less energy. However this issue has nothing to do with Con Edison customer usage and heat wave. I have the same issue after I unplugged and replig the dryer dash board still do not respond to pressed buttons. When I do manage to get the PF cleared once it shows up the dryer runs for about five minutes than PF appears again. He just looked for issues. amy socket not carrying a lot of load. it's isolated to ensure there not a lot of load where my dryer and washer is plugged in.

Refrigerator repair
The gasket doesn't fit properly, so both sides open at one time and is difficult to close. This results in the gasket tearing apart and breaking frequently

Kenmore refrigerator repair
The water filter and ice maker were not functioning and after repair neither is working. I need a plan to fix this function so I can enjoy this refrigerator. He clearly did not check to see if the water was flowing.

This employee needs to be fired
Since April of 2024 this employee have been assigned my appliances and have been a no shoe lying to say parts needed and even forging the homeowner signature as the repair was completed
