I am very upset with sears. This hvac service is going on for too long. Last technician Joe was a gentleman and an expert . He ordered parts and was going to install them. Now he is no longer with you I understood. Please install the parts he ordered immediately. It's cold

Horrible service

The technician came to my home to make an assessment of the job charged me $145 to make the assessment said he could do the job ordered the supplies then came back to do the job and said he couldn't do the job I'm out of $145 and my appliance is not repaired

Harel did not show up 10/17/2023 on 10/24/2023 he replaced icemaker and does not work I wasted whole day He came again on 10/31/2023 and stated that the wires does not work The refrigerator is working and we dont know what else to do He does not give his Supervisor and he is field supervisor. If Sears go bankrupt it is because of inefficient people

I was waiting for the repairman. He just put a yellow slip stating he has come which cannot be true. I was in the house waiting. Such repairmen should be fired without any further talk. I am not going to pay any thing and rescheduled on oct 19 instructions: Please ring the bell and has a record of the face in my google video and ADT

the service provided by Yugen was fine. the service provided by the company as a whole was very disappointing and extremely frustrating experience. You scheduled an appointment for September 11 to install a part that was shipped to my house. While its unreasonable to asked to wait around all day long. I did but no one showed up. I tried calling to find out whats going one, there was no one to talk to except a mechanical voice that kept repeating that my phone number was invalid. A number that I have for at least 40 years. There was no human being that I could speak to. I find your customer support unacceptable.

Very disapointed in the service

My origional date of service was Monday 9/11/2023 I was told my time woule ne between 8am and 12pm. I called after 1 pm to make sure they were coming and was told yes. I waited all day and at 6:15 pm I called again and was told repair man broke down. No call, text or e-mail. This is very unprofessional not to inform the customer. I now had to take another day off Tuesdau 9/12/2023 because they were send the repair man. I said since I waited the entire day on Monday I wanted to be the first call at 8am and the supervisor asured me I would be. Jahmell showed up at 11:30am. I was explaining the situation I was have with the washing machine and he just kept repeating that the hose needed to be moved up. He then said I would have to call the installers to come and do this. I said you cant put something on it to fix the problem. He told me he didn't have tools to do this. If he didn't have a screw driver to just put a screw in and tie it up then how was he going to repair my washer with out tolls. He was very condisending and rude. I DO NOT WANT him ever to come to my house again. My Father was a Sears repair man for 30 years and he never would have acted that way. I am very disapinted in the service from Sears service department. Definately will let all my friends know to NEVER take a contract out with Sears for anything.
