Incomplete Job
Yugen came to diagnose our stove. He did not complete the task. The stove clicked before he diagnosed the issue. We paid more than $600 dollars to "fix" the problem. Not only was it not fixed, but it was never addressed in the initial diagnosis. We are completely disgusted.

Repair not completed
The tech said the part is no longer avail so instead of fixing water dispenser parts en though he sails the ice dispenser door is no longer produced i Gould the whirlpool part for the door b I want the water dispenser part that he said he had in his truck fixed so please send him back

Technician failed to fix panel problem
GE Dishwasher: Display panel lights were not working properly, requested the technician to fix it. He advised to read the dishwasher manual instead of fixing it. If I have to do everything by myself, what is the use of taking a home warranty?
