Refrigerator repair
The technician came diagnosed the problem immediately and set out to fix it. The icemaker in the back was frozen over and was not able to keep up with the amount of ice made and he took everything apart. Got the fan working properly and everything looks good now.

Leaking, 21" dishwasher
Mr. Lu called ahead and arrived within minutes of his arrival time. I explained the problem, where I had seen the leak, how much water had dripped, and that I had not used the dishwasher since. I also indicated that a small piece of stiff plastic had detached from the door gasket. He quickly replaced it, ran the machine through a cycle while watching. The dishwasher was not leaking. He told me to watch through the next run and call if the leak occurred again.He was quick thorough and polite. Thank you.
