Dishwasher
Jahmell actually didn't do anything he just explained that I need to clean my dishwasher and run a few cycles with it empty. I will give that a try but if it doesn't work, I will call back for another service appointment

Jahmell, at no fault of his, was unable to figure out what was wrong with the pilot lights on all four burners because they were working when he came. He checked a number of areas before leaving.

Replace washer to proper location
The washer needs to be replaced to where it was. Each time the repairman came after five pm. No wonder. I paid lots of money for this repair🥲 you had too many calls for one day . I want the machine replaced and would like to be sure it works properly and it was cleaned . I expect a call tomorrow 9175735356. Sears always had terrific repair service.

Hello, my refrigerator still can't make ice. The technician came to fix Thursday he said it will come through in 24 hours when he finished but didn't see any ice so far.

Worst service
They keep coming back to fix my AC, never fixed the problem. Every time technian comes, he says he fixed my AC and everything is fine. As soon he leaves. AC stops working. He already came twice this year and six times last year. It takes 2 weeks to get new appointment and I brought 5 years protection plan from them and I am stuck. 2 years without central AC.
