LATE!!!
The appt. was originally scheduled for Monday. Today it was scheduled for between 8 and 12. The tech arrived at 2:05pm and was working on my fridge for about an hour. He left a m as on my kitchen floors and when my husband came home, he noticed that that the fridge had not been pushed all the way back into its original position. At least, the water dispenser is now working properly.
