My fridge is the same and l was hustled out of over 300 doll
First he came snacked the crime freeze door off told me to empty everything he seen the ice maker tray was a block of ice, told me after rotating the ice maker with his hand ever was fine. I don't want to write a review l lost money with a employee of your who has a bad disposition

Horrible experience
The diagnosint technician ignored at least two of primary issues. First ice from icemaker was melting, despite the freezer saying it was 0 degrees. He said freezer was working fine. Second I told him that I thought the seals needed replacement. He ignored that. He ordered one part and said, that it might fix the freezer??? Next, with no explanation they cancelled the actual repair. It took me 45 minutes on the phone to sort it out. Then repair tech showed up and asked me what the problem was. I said, don't you have a work order? He said with some attitude that he didn't do the diagnosis. So apparently they just send people to your house who have no idea what they are doing. Oh, and the ice in the freezer is still melting. Totally useless and a waste of money.

Waste of time
2 different people from Sears asked me details about the equipment. I answered everything including pictures provided. They sent out a tech, tech said he doesn't work with that type of equipment. Main guy said he has no idea why the tech went to our house when he told AHS they don't work with that equipment.

Terrible Service.
We've been calling Sears about our Furnace for over 2 months. The Technician seems unable to fix it. We have the proper warranty on it. Yet, he's lying, billing the acct, not showing up and canceling our appointments. While we're home waiting for him to show up. We'll then see a text message that our "Technician was there and cust didn't sign copy!".... REALLY! Our home is freezing. We have heaters running all the time in our home and our O&R bill has gone up. Trying to call Sears is a headache, all you get is nothing but big running around and no one seems to be able to help you!! I'm at a breaking point. All my papers are in order. As a customer, we shouldn't be treated like this. We've already paid for this service. "Brett", has pulled this Furnace apart several times and stated that "He doesn't know what wrong." Please send a Technician out that can provide us with the proper service that we need ASAP. We need HEAT!! Thank you

What kind of service id this!!
We contacted Sears last month regarding our Furnace not working. After waiting several days for a Technician, who then came out, and he didn't have the right parts so we had to wait several more days. We were freezing. Next appointment, my husband stayed home and no one called or even showed up for the schedule visit date. We received another dated. He came, changed a part it worked for 2 days and then it stopped working again. I called and they rescheduled for a 3rd time. We waited over a week for another appointment. Again, he changed another part and it worked or a few hours. Then there was no heat. I thing they need to send someone else. This Company keeps Billing and they're not doing a good job!

Washing machine
Jose didn't do much. It was really an effort for him to plug in the washing machine. His expert opinion was that the "board "was dead. No effort to go beyond that. You see more online on how to fix these things. Also very sad that I have to rate Jose with one star in order to submit my review. That's for showing up on time. You're welcome.
