Jose service was good - but our last Sears appointment we had I waited around from 8-5pm and nobody showed up or called for our appointment

Jose not the problem
Jose called and gave an estimate time of arrival. He vacuumed the dryer vent and replaced some parts. My problem was with the appointment service. The appointment was originally made for September 26. No one came nor was I contacted or given a reason for no show. Tried calling on phone, kept getting a recording. I later received a call from Sears to inquire about the service I had received. I informed the caller that no one came. She gave me the same I had been calling advising me to make or reschedule an appointment. Then she hung up. I never rescheduled, Sears took it upon themselves to schedule an appointment ,without contacting me, for October 20. The dryer still doesn't dry properly. I'll be buying a new one-not from Sears. Oh, If Jose was the tech assigned for September 26, I rescind my stars.

DID THE BEST HE COULD
Replaced the top part of the ice maker. Could not find part for lower half of the freezer ice dispenser. Only ordered one of two parts needed to repair the problem. Labor and part to partially fix issues, $450. + Repair truck leaked rusty oil like substance all over recently resurfaced blacktop driveway. Impossible to speak with manager to report.

Waste of time
I never got notified when he was on his way. Every time I checked email it kept giving me new estimated arrival, which got later and later (he did come int the time allotted. He was in my house such a short amount of time that he didn't shut his truck engine off THIS WAS SUPISSED TO BE A MAINTENANCE CALL NOT A CALL TO SEE IF MY HEATER WAS WORKING. WASTE OF TIME There was nothing wrong with technician himself

Doagnostic of Washer Machine
Considering the arrival time was 8:43-8:45 am(text received that morning) he got here at 1:30pm. He diagnosed the issue quickly and just walked out the door not saying a word. Told me he was so tired he had to take a rest and get a cup of coffee before he came !! D- evaluation in my book. Have used Sears a couple times in the past with out issue, this time NOT SO GOOD with time & any update on arrival time!! Boo Hisss on that!!!

Not fixed
Tech was here said it was a Freon leak but fridge is still not working. Have to call again and probably wait another 2 weeks
