Meddling svc due to poor management
Technician arrived 2 hours later than the initial 4 hour window. Despite my providing information on the website, it was clear neither he nor anyone had reviewed it. Technician arrived totally unprepared. Diagnostic cash grab only.

Treadmill
It's still making a noise. Getting a little annoyed that warranty is expiring and the noise is worse today.

Horrible Service
Window was 8-12. He arrived at 1:30pm. Upon arriving, he had incorrect information of what work needed to be done. I explained what I had discussed with the supervisor, which has been discussed numerous times over the past 6 months. He refused to do the work. Made no attempt to contact anyone. I wasted the entire day and spent more than 20 hours on the phone and have not had the repair done. I have been paying a significant amount of money for my appliances for over 30 years! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Very disappointing
I was his last appointment for the day and was originally expected by 1pm then extended to 2pm and never updated after that.. showed up at about 430 insisting he was calling me - however never received a phone call. His assessment was very poor and careless. He he played with a valve of hot water and convinced himself, the issue was out of his scope of practice - and rushed out. Extremely dissatisfied- refuse to pay for his visit - it was not earned.

Kenmore Refrigerator Non Repair
Called because freezer unit will not cool below 32 degrees. Ice cream melted all frozen food thawed. Repairman said nothing wrong every thing working properly???? 10 minutes checking unit no answer for all frozen food thawed out. And still wanted to get paid for service call.

Bad service
This guy was a parts changer not a technician He had no clue what he was doing In fact he installed the new filter I gave him upon his request and broke the o ring on the filter and my fridge was full of water a half hour after he left Your company should be ashamed Even the time I had to wait for a part that should be on a service truck was obscene My local parts dealer had it in stock for the same price no wait Your company is a scam I am going to report this

100% not good
I need to ask him to leave my house. This technician is extremely lazy, do not speak English very well and not educated. He arrived at my house around 8:40 ( he may not sleep) he arrived already not happy. He do not say good morning. I call for an ice maker problem and when I open my refrigerator, the ice maker box for my surprise the ice make box was full. This may be a intermitente problem. The day before was empty. He was happy to hear and start to say everything is fine. I told him that I call and I need a diagnosis report. He never look at the ice unit itself. After I ask him the cost for a possible replacement, he open the refrigerator door and took a long time to located the refrigerator serial numbe on the door. He never look at the ice maker itself. I was the one the open the ice maker. This person should never aloud to go to anybody house. He is extremely lazy and do not do the job.

Not fixed
The tech said he did not hear the problem even after I showed him several videos of the noise the belt was making. He was in a rush and said he could not stay after I told him the machine needed to warm up, as it doesn't make the noise right away. He said the noises were normal. I explained to him that I never had these noises until after he came the last time. He said he doesn't know what to tell me. Then he admitted to hearing the noises on the videos but couldn't help me because he has to see it himself to fix it. He said he has other places to be and has to go and then he walked out. The old tech, Frank, was very helpful and always listened and fixed the problem. I am extremely upset.
