Service received Happy with only the Technician
The technician that was at our home to service. Our refrigerator was excellent. The service we received from Sears, customer service department and replacement unit department was absolutely horrible very very unhappy extremely dissatisfied not with the customer service people we were speaking with but with the actions of management above they did nothing to help us. They never got back to us. They never responded to our questions, and I find it extremely disappointing. I have dealt with Sears for over 50 years and I've always carried contracts right now. I have five that are there. I am not happy. I am totally not satisfied and there's nothing more. I can say you people didn't care at all two months no refrigerator and the part they said we were waiting on That didn't come in that was canceled wasn't even needed to repair the refrigerator or refrigerator. Could've been completely repaired on the last appointment on August 23 because we had the parts they needed to repair it but no communication your company should be ashamed of themselves, and I am reporting this to the Better Business Bureau . If you can forward this on, it would be greatly appreciated. Totally satisfied with Sears handling of this whole situation.
