Terrible
First the account is not under Steven Adams it's under Stacey Adams .. Steven does not live at this address and did not purchase the LG refrigerator. Second the service person said the door is not broken but it still does not close correctly ..

Not happy
Made me wait all day again this is the second time I've waited all day and then he's shows up at 6pm which the appointments were both From 8am-5pm and after that he orders the wrong part so he had to come back again not happy with this Sears services I want to cancel my service and get a complete refund of services

Further Damage due to negligence
The tech came changed the compressor and forgot to reinstall the water pipe to the refrigerator. My entire floor is flooded, water running to the lower level and damaged the ceiling. Will be suing the tech and the company for damages.

Four time sears came to repair. After they left with few hours same problem. Comes back and shut off ac. On the thermostats shows system fault, 84- High, pressure, lockout 4H.

Horrible
I've been waiting months now for Sears to fix my ductless unit. We gave extended our warranty and paid extra and our unit needs to be replaced. Sears technician makes excuses or reschedules. If they don't fix this soon, I will complain to the state bureau for fraud.

He is less technician, more salesperson
Sean is pleasant and polite, but it's clear that he is less of a technician, and more of a salesperson. Came in, made the Sears Home Service warranty the key part of the entire appointment. Instead of actually performing service on the malfunctioning part (an icemaker), gave some advice about dumping the ice tray more frequently, etc (turned out to in ineffective advice), pushed hard on the service contract, and walked out without ever actually doing any servicing
