Dryer Repair
The technician did his best, I'm sure, but it still took several visits and THREE MONTHS to get my 17 year old dryer working. He was prompt and very polite. It seemed as though a diagnosis of the problem and the replacement of the parts should have been handled more efficiently by the organization. I believe the amount expended in then long process exceeded the cost of replacing the machine itself.
