Service tec's are great
The service Tec's have always been great Jon is a great man ,very respectful gets the job done with any questions answered . The problem is NOT with the service . It's GETTING the service someone to talk to without the never ending loops on the phone or the VERY DYSFUNCTIONAL web site . It's very sad that the only way to get a response from anyone to to complain on FaceBook, Amazing a response in seconds .I would think that's NOT what you would want people to see.

Excellent service
Eric was great. I have been without a working refrigerator for just over two months and have had to deal with three no show service appointments. The first two times I did not receive any calls and spent hours on the phone trying to figure out what happened. The last appointment I did get a call and my appointment was rescheduled for the following day. Eric apologized for the mixup yesterday and explained what had happened previously. It sounds like the previous repair tech did things he shouldn't have done and now Eric gets to clean up the messes. Eric did a great job and I feel bad for how much work is now on his plate in areas outside his typical service area. Thank you, Eric, for the excellent service!
