Repair done well as far as I know right now. Yuiry was polite and professional. Didn't hear him at the door and had to run out on the driveway to catch him as he was getting ready to leave.

Knowledgeable young man
He explained and showed us the problem along with the options for correcting the problem. My real problem was when I set up the apt. I told the person I would not be home until 1 PM. I even sent in on one of the notices that came on email. Any attempt to reconfirm the arrival time went to a machine. The correction was never made and Jon fortunately arrived before we had to leave for our morning apt elsewhere. Computers do not deal with real problems. At some point our apt. time needed to be clarified and we couldn't do it.,
