Sears appointment
Eric almost didn't make it to my house. He was given the wrong phone area code in his computer. He had been trying to call me but got no answer. I didn't find all of this out until he got here. I gave all the right info to the person I talked to not sure how this happened.Anyway Eric was very nice and informative. He explained everything in detail and gave us great advice moving forward. I would put him on my list of technicians to come back and service my appliances.

Very respectful -Listened to our concerns
Joe called ahead and when he arrived he listened to our concerns about the noise. Joe said he would try to find the noise issue {unlike the previous tech Joel B who said it was normal and came with no tools in his hands and then just left without saying anything}. After taking the machine apart , Joe found the issue. One of the wheels in the back was completely destroyed. Joe replaced it and the sound went away. Joe is an asset to your team. Very pleased with Joe's service- Thank you

Communication prior to the visit was excellent. The repairman arrived at the stated time and the repair was completed quickly and successfully. The repairman was friendly and knowledgeable.

Oven Repair
It was the night before Christmas eve and my oven failed me. I had guests coming on Christmas eve. I was in a panic. I called sears and 17 hours later it was Jon to the rescue. He was efficient, knowledgeable and personable. He replaced an ignitor in no time at all. We highly recommend him

Tadd arrived within the time frame I had been notified and immediately went to work on the dryer. After listening to it for only a moment, he identified and fixed the problem. In and out, good service.

Great experience. Knew what he was doing even offered ways to help extend the life of the washer. Also gave me ideas on how to keep from over loading the washer.

Technichian was great
Joel was very knowledgeable and helpful. But the overall experience with the phone calls and setting up the appointment were terrible. Not once when I signed up for this new policy was I told I had a special number I was to call for service.
