Eugene has a wonderful disposition and knows his stuff. I'm confident that my washer does not have damage to a ball bearing now that Gene came and ran tests and listened to it run. When he saw the picture I took of the stains on my sheets, and looked behind the rubber rim, he was certain it is soap scum residue. He told me exactly the extra cleaning steps I need to do beyond what I already do. I'm very happy and satisfied and learned important things about loading the washer that I WAS DOING WRONG. Super helpful visit!
