Checking the refrigerator
Joel did great job of explaining the problem with our refrigerator. Unfortunately parts are no longer available.

When we first requested service for our refrigerator, we were scheduled 10 days out. Joel was our representative...scheduled to be here at 3:00. At 5:30, I contacted him to see if he was coming...he advised he was running late; would be here in a couple of hours....but this was only a diagnostic visit. Joel did arrive at 7:00, accurately diagnosed the problem but a part needed to be ordered which he did. Rescheduled installation for 8 days later. This time an automated system provided us updates on arrival time....originally set for 1:15, updated to 3:00. At 4:30, I texted Joel for a status, he advised that he was almost here. 4:45 he arrived....replaced the part and voila! We have ice and water, a beautiful thing. Like my review title....Joel did a great job for us. The scheduling process left much to be desired, though.

Refrigerator repair
Eric was wonderful. Sears' system SUCKS!!! This repair has been in process since JANUARY!!! I hated having to communicate with chat bots of people in India. No excuse for this to take SO LONG!!! But ERIC was WONDERFUL!
