Extremely dissatisfied
The tech spent about 5 minutes looking at the appliance and determined it was the control board, something he mentioned during the brief phone conversation he had with me over the phone and provided an estimate of about $700 to repair the appliance. For that price we could buy a new stove. I came across the number when searching for a service provider it was listed as same day service. I had to wait a week for my appointment. I was told when I made the appointment over the phone that the diagnostic and visit fee would be applied to the repair cost, the tech stated that they were in addition to the repair cost. I was mislead all around and am extremely unhappy with the service, I would not recommend your service to my worst enemy.

Terrible service, I will never use Sears again.
Technician told me what I already knew - that drain pump was not working. I was charged something like $169 for nothing. I called another certified dishwasher technician, and based on quality of phone conversation, expect to see problem resolved at a cost including parts and labor that was less that what I was charged to have the Sears technician simply tell me a part was broken.

Service for GE Dryer
He didn't come a proper tool to check the dryer vent. Initially he told me that he noticed the issue what I was informed but later told me that it's dryer vent issue and needs to be cleaned when he was leaving without checking the dryer vent. I requested to check properly the dryer vent before making the final report. He also mentioned that he came on different van and this van doesn't have vent pressure checker. Also mentioned that there is a 30 days period to contact you if the issue is not ressolved after cleaning the dryer's vent. I am very unhappy about this because he declared this as a dryer vent's issue without checking it.

Washer repair
Had the repairman come ,he diagnosed the issue,then left and washer does not start,asked him to come back he said he is busy,very dissatisfied with repair not being checked to make sure it worked before leaving residence

Jason's Service for Sears
Jason revealed his unprofessional side He was arogant And rude. I was helping my 93 years old mather-in-law With her broken washer. I'm located 1hr away from her house. Office sent me info message 'estimated service time at 10:21AM' I started to drive 9:00AM to be 20 min before the time. I received phone call from Jason at 9:40am stating he will be there in 10 min I asked Him to drive slowly so I can be on time; he replied - I will drive as I drive I asked to wait for me 10min . He replied- I'm not going to wait I have other job to do I explained that it is not my fault the time was given me by office. Replay - I don't care I'm setting the time and you should wait from 8am to 5am . I called the old lady and asked to open the front door. When I arrived I have asked 'what seams to be problem in respond he said ' you should introduce yourself first.

Didn't do anything
Technician put my washer in quick wash mode and said it's my water line not draining the water the water out. Which is incorrect because he did not even check for an error code on why all the lights came on . Shake the machine twice and that's all . My machine is still giving the same issue and I have reached out to have another person come out and no response yet !!

Cook top visit
Marc did not do his job, he came to my home and he totally neglected my inquiries. Marc kept emphasizing the fan being the issue on my cook top. I kindly reiterated to Marc the entire cook top is the issue, it sparks and smokes we had to cut off the power so that it wouldn't cause an electrical fire. Marc seem as if he didn't want to replace the parts that the other representative ordered. I haven't been able to use the cook top since June. Sears has been Givin me the run around. Errol Smith (regional) hung up on me when he tried to disqualify my claim based on what Marc told him. This is a racket, I paid for a Master Plan Protection. Now both cooktop and oven are not working.
