Assumed what wrong. No diagnostics no checking nothing. Left van running in driveway as having no intentions of staying!! Not professional at all with the visit!!

Worst service ever in the lifetime of the contract.
Never had more issues or problems getting repair or replacement of an appliance in the over thirty years of service. I have had techs here at least 5 times. It's been an ongoing struggle for at least 6 weeks. Not to mention laundry mat visits for a family of five.

Very dissatisfied with Dylan W
Dylan has been here 4 times and the 5th time he lied and said the washer is fixed and running properly. I am nit sure why he reported this dince we waited all day and the 3 parts to be replaced are still at my house. VERY VERY DISSATISFIED after waiting since May 19, 2023 for the washer to be repaired. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
