Tadd did a great job but there was a problem with scheduling
I hope you will take what was learned from my experience, for some reason my repair was scheduled repeatedly but without a repairman assigned. I received messages that my repairs was scheduled but no one came because no one was assigned. My initial repair was sept 19th but the repair was not completed until Dec 4th. This seems to be much too long. I had to go to the laundro mat for 2 months.

Drawer Style Kenmore Elite Dishwasher
Joseph was diligent and professional. He focused upon finding a solution for repair. Unfortunately, it would be next to impossible to locate parts to rectify the problem. Therefore, I will be on the hunt for a new dishwasher. I am giving Jiseph 5 stars even though I need to replace the dishwasher. That's not his fault. Sadly, appliances don't last forever.
