Jason quickly determined the problem - bad bearing - and that it could not be fixed (parts not available). He was able to waive the service call fee. Jason was very knowledgeable about both the washer and our service contract, and very personable. This was our first repair ticket and we're glad Jason was there to help us understand the process.

Great guy, although had the same problem since May, he was here about 3 time with other techs the other times, but mark was great. Should have replaced dishwasher along time ago, not happy with contract
