From my first phone call to set up service the receptionist was very professional and took the information accurately. The service at my home was timely, problem with the washer was diagnosed quickly and repairs were completed. He was very personable and gave me good advise about the amount of soap to use and cleaning the machine.

Excellent job done by Ron! What I really want to know is when I'm I getting my replacement washer have been waiting since April 28, 2023, it's now September 14, 2023, what's the excuse. Never able to get to talk to someone other than the peons no one higher up. If it doesn't get here soon will turn you in to the attorney general and better business bureau!!!

Great Technician: Scheduling a Nightmare
Matthew was friendly and solved our problem, but when I scheduled, I did not receive either an email or text confirmation. So, I had no idea whether the call was confirmed, even though the recorded message said it was because each time, I was assured there would be a text confirmation which I never got. Also, the arrival noticed did not allow a response. So, will not use this repair service again.
