Ron is the BEST!
Overall as a company, I was not impressed; there is no way to get a live person on the phone and it was very frustrating when there was a follow-up issue. Ron was the ONLY person who knew what the problem was, ordered the correct part and was able to fix it correctly after a first attempt by another technician. I would only use your services again because of Ron. He's truly an asset to your company!
