NEVER SHOWED UP!!!
Tech never showed up and actually submitted a report that he had completed the job, charged for it and submitted a phony report!!! I submitted 1 star only because I could not submit my comments without checking any stars.

Horrible
He doesn't even deserve 1 star He's rude and didn't fix my washer. He said he did and when I used it for the first time after he "fixed it" the entire cycle leaked water and destroyed my downstairs.

Dishwasher
First appointment the contractor did not show. The second appointment, Waited from 8 am till 4:55 pm when they finally arrived. After waiting almost 8 hours, he made no repairs, suggested we buy a product online and left. The product did not work and the issue remains. What a waste of time, effort and money.

Not the techs fault...reliability sucks
Wisj i could give a zero-I had multiple (4) appointments and they would not show up or call. I feel bad for the tech today because it sounded like he would have come. The service is terrible!

Dryer vent left dislodged and dryer still broken
This was my 3rd appointment scheduled for this repair and now I will need a 4th. Very disappointed with Sears lack of customer service (have called, emailed, used the online chat bots, social media messaging - never able to speak with a human). First appointment was to diagnose and order parts, 2nd appointment was a no-show, 3rd appointment with this tech seemed to fix the machine but once I put clothes inside it squeaked as if the metal dryer parts were rubbing against each other. Then I noticed the vent pipe to the exhaust was dislodged as well as if he must have shoved the machine back into it too hard. More upset about the lack of customer service support than the poor repair job.

Repair wall air conditioner and replace roof air condition
Weeks ago Esaus came and said air conditioner in wall needs Freon but his Boss said he cannot get on ladder to take it down to put the Freon in the air conditioner. So it was not done. Yesterday Sept 20th, my air conditioner on roof was to be replaced. No one showed up. I got a call he was on the way after 6pm but no one showed up. I have 2 protection agreements one for air condioners and one for appliances. I had these agreements for over 20 years and this is the first year we have had problems with service to air conditioners and had no air all summer. The first call was in June. Each week they said they were coming with a 40Foot ladder for roof but each time Esaus said he can not go a ladder. Each time I call, I was told someone who can use the ladder will come but poor Esaus comes and says he does not have a ladder. Lately, he does not even come to the house and I get paperwork as if he was here. The air conditioner agreement when needed, I am told they can not service the air conditioners. The appliances as of today is working fine. Can someone contact me regarding the Air Conditioner in the wall and the one on the roof for service.

Washer not spinning.
Different tech last week fixed it. Broke again. Not spinning told me I had to prop it up with wood for it to spin.(I thought he gets paid to fix it, not me) Then the water would not drain out, he said it had too much soap. (Yes the last load did not spin or drain so we squeezed all the soap and water off the clothes, hence soapy water left in the tub) he called is customer abuse. Left with the machine not fixed and stated that my home warranty would not cover due to abuse. But 6 days ago the other tech was able to fix it.

Just would not listen to anyone elses ideas
He insisted my problem was do to icing blocking airflow. He was told the refridgerator was unplugged for 24 hours and when plugged in the same problem existed. I asked if he could check the thermistor but he said " I say its not that so". So he steamed the freezer and 10 minutes after he left the alram went off again SO NOT ICING PROBLEM. When I went to put my shelf back in freezer which he did not do, I noticed a huge cut on the inside of my freezer. I went from where he pulled the back cover off to front and deep. I called and requested a supervisor and was told someone would call me back but I am still waiting. Did I say this was the 3rd time they came out for this issue.
