Dryer repair
A very negative experience. It took 2 months, 4 service visits, multiple calls to fix my dryer. While the technicians were very nice a misdiagnosed problem lead to a longer than necessary inconvenience. I have had a contract with Sears for 35 years and was never so disappointed

Poor service
Your technician was rude and seems aggravated that we first were paying in cash (not knowing that was not acceptable) and it was late and he had another job.

The wait was HORRIBLE
My tech was AMAZING but Sears made me wait a FULL month to fix my refrigerator. No fridge for a month was HORRIBLE. THANKS SEARS
