I didn't like paying for everything beforehand and I think that you charged an exorbitant labor fee. I Idid not like that I was unable to contact anyone, not by email and there was no phone listed that I could call.

Good Morning , I am giving Renford a 5 . He worked diligently to try to repair the dryer Even when GE send out the wrong motor(2 times ) he still tried to figure out a way to get around it. . He is pleasant and clean up after hisself , Even though I had to wait a long time to see if it could be repaired and spend money to go to the laundromat., and waiting for a replacement for a new dryer . I thank you
