Refrigerator Repair
Robert explained how the sears maintenance agreement had changed after I asked why there was a co-payment when there was never a co-payment when I enrolled in the maintenance plan. I don't understand how sears can charge to enroll in a plan that just covers parts and then demand a co-payment just to have someone show up unable to resolve the problem.

Timely, but left a mess
The service received was great. The tech had everything he needed to do the job and performed the task quickly. However, the tech left all the old parts lying around my kitchen in the boxes from the new parts. No attempt to clean up.

Refrigerator leak
The next day I had the same issue. I don't think think the repair guy knows where the water is coming from., since my ice maker has been off for years. He only said to call a plumber to check the valve where the tubing or hose us c connected to, since he couldn't turn it.

Although he diagnosed the problem, it really would have been extremely HELPFUL if he had even bothered to shut off the water to the house, and not just the frig...now there is water all over my kitchen floor. Very dissapointed .

Leroy wasn't able to complete ser ice bit how do they expect older women to move appliances? That is ridiculous.
