Kevin was unable to affect repairs on my dishwasher and left any further activity up to me to contact GE for further assistance. A rating of 3 because of his timely arrival is appropriate in my opinion.

Getting my refrigerator fix
The worker was outstanding customer service is bad kept getting taxes for the wrong date need be able to talk to a person to make an appointment not online took 2 months to 3 months need to be able to talk to a person to make an appointment

I find it very hard that the water heater was serviced in less then 15 minutes. When I checked early in the morning I was six stops away. He arrived at 4:12 and left by 4:30. So he serviced the others in about 8 hours, must have spent a lot of time on each visit. I know there is also travel time, but I feel the amount of time spent on mine was not enough. I had a hard time understanding him when he spoke. I asked for the temperature to be set higher as it takes too long for the water to warm up. He said he turned it up a little, it still takes too long.

He never came because there were no parts ordered as the entire unit is being replaced, which clearly was not taken care of and now we have to wait again, so I don't think it's his fault. Therefore, I won't give him a rating however, this is definitely getting to be a bit ridiculous and here we are with a very noisy refrigerator. That is now leaking water and not producing ice.

Light issues then into rotten food
My fridge switch for the light went out so just the light was broken. After the tech left my fridge no longer cooled. I called into the company many times to have it fixed and no one would help me. I called an electrician to come fix it. I have 3 small kids at home with rotten food. I will never use this company again.

Still no ice
Kossivi is very nice, however, this is the second time he has been out to fix the same issue and still has not fixed it.

Kossivi fulfilled his mission to fix our fridge. I wish I could say the same for your team that handles the appointments. I was told that he was going to be back on Sept 12, then I got a message that he wouldn't come until the 27 because the parts didn't come in. That is a total mistake because he order the part on the first visit and it arrived to me a few days afterwards. When I left a message that the part was here, it was mistakenly passed on that it didn't arrive. I called and tried to get it straightened out, but apparently that didn't work. this morning, the 27th, I received a message saying that I asked the appointment to be postponed until Oct 4, which I did not. And also this morning, The 27th, Kossivi arrived to install the part. In general this is the second time that Sears has made me wait so long to get my appliance repaired. It is really a disgrace. I will not be renewing my contact with Choice Warranty because of the terrible service that Sears provides. You should really check into it because Sears used to be a company that one could trust.
