Excellent trouble shooting and problem solving
Sears gave the technicians the wrong appliance model number to fix and were given the wrong service order number (4233419). But via his office, he was eventually given the correct service number (42334113) for my GE Washer. Upon troubleshooting the problem (no draining) the washer of my Laundry Center was fixed. I would give these technicians a 10 if that number was available. In the meantime, a 5 will work.
