Samsung dryer repair 8-6-24
Kevin came to check our dryer out & fix it in under 45 minutes, he was great! (with the parts I had pre diagnosed by phone & got on 6/21 & 7/15!) The problem is this system we had to go thru waiting for 2 months to get him to our house is totally aggravating!!! It closed my case 3 times for some reason, I hope I don't have to use it again, unless there is a easier way to get service, then I wasn't told how...good luck!...PS when you 1st call & they give you an appointment, if they say you'll need certain parts don't expect them to show that day because you won't have the parts yet...lesson learned, my hubby wasted a day waiting on them to come on July 2nd because the 2nd part wasn't delivered to us yet, it was backordered!

HORRIBLE SERVICE AND NOT THE FIRST TIME !!
NO EXPLAINTION ON THIS REFRIGERATOR AT 706 AND AT MY OTHER HOME WICH IS "809 MICHAEL DRIVE" THIS PROCESS TOOK ENTIRLEY TOO LONG AND NOW WE CONTINUE TO HAVE THE SAME RESULTS, PLEASE DO NOT SEND THE SAME PERSON BACK TO EITHER OF MY HOMES. HAVE BEEN GIVEN TO THIS PERSON,ONE FOR THE ICE MACHINE ON THE REFRIGERATOR @706 AND NOW THE FACT THAT THE REFRIGERATOR IS STILL BEING CALLED ON. IF YOU ARE SEEKING A JOB DONE WELL, COMMUNICATION IS APPRECITED FROM EITHER YOU THE COMPANY OR THE CONTRACTOR. THIS DANCE HAS BEEN DONE TOO MANY TIMES. I WOULD LIKE FOR THE TECH THAT COMES TO ASSESS,FIX OR REPLACE THE REFRIGERATOR COME AND PEFORM THE CUSTOMER SERVICE, THAT IS EXPECTED. HAVE A PLAN OF ACTION, BASED ON INFORMATION GIVEN.

Refrigerator repair
He was super nice but somehow put the repair in wrong and my warranty company says the previous repair which was made under warranty for the same issue was an unauthorized repair.

Bad news
They took my money and left me hanging. They promised to call me back and never did. I paid for a visit. No work done. A scam. My freezer blower broke and they did not approve it. What else are you insuring if not the blower in your freezer.
