No customer service
My only complaint is that it is impossible to actually talk to someone unless you are calling to make an appointment for a repair. It is very frustrating thst you csnt get a human when you call and online there were no options that i wanted snd the chat was a joke cause there was only 2 options and i needed something else so i gave up. Because of duch poor customer service i probably wont be calling again for anything. Kevin was great this is no teflection on kevin he was great
