Great service guy!
I love the guys that perform the maintenance, but I hate the scheduling system. I was originally scheduled on a different date and while I was waiting for the guy to show, I got a text that I had been rescheduled. There was no number for me to talk to an actual person at all. I took the day off to be here, only to get a text at 9:20 that I had been rescheduled? At the very least, you could give a phone number in which I could actually talk to a person instead of the automated system.
