Devon messaged me that he was on his way and was precise about eta. He knew what parts were needed and fixed both the washer & dryer very quickly. He was very personable and found my barking little dogs entertaining.

Great work
He wore a mask when I asked. I have Caner and have had Covid 3 times. He did a fantastic job. What needs to improve is calling to try and get a maintenance appt made. Too many buttons to push to try and get the right section for what I need. I did get my appt for my water heater, now I need one for my garage door opener. Also the time slot of having to stay home because the person can show up between 8-5. I have to make the arrangements for when I am off and I usually have Oncology or other doctor appts. I work in a school and can not leave to come home.
