Sound board needs replacement - Signal sometimes turns TV on
Tech never showed up. I waited from 9 to after 5 and no call, no text, no appearance. It is ludicrous that I am expected to stay home all day, miss appts and work and not have the tech show or contact me in anyway. I am truly upset to say the least. To begin with, asking a customer to sit home ALL day from 9-5 to wait for service. Narrow it down to AM or PM. Now what do I do - reschedule and wait again????? I was notified by Sears that the tech would be here at 1:40 - what happened????

Horrible
He really lied and said there's no way to fix the microwave because the sticker information is no longer present when there's info on the back and inside of the microwave per the manufacturer Samsung

Communication was so bad that we cancelled the service
We contracted with this business through American Home Shield (AHS) to service an oven. We initially called to discuss the scheduled date of service, as we had no way to cook anything and needed a fast response. We were given 2 dates, whereby we had to stay at home from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., and the technician neglected to show both days. However, the timeframe of expected arrival to complete the job kept changing throughout the day...no communication from the office to notify us or ask if this would be acceptable. If given the option, we would have hired someone else to complete the job. Then, after calling American Home Shield to explain our frustration with this situation, an AHS rep ensured us that the technician would be at our house that day. This was based on an assurance from the technician's office. Immediately after I hung up the phone with AHS, the technician's office sent us a text cancelling the job for the day and rescheduling us for several days later. Again, this was after just promising that the technician would be there that day. I called AHS back and cancelled the job with this company. I called another company and we were serviced within 1 business day. I am sure that these technician's are very busy, but just as they want us to respect their time, they should do the same for their customers. No communication, long wait times to get service with no communication, no keeping the agreements they make...all signs of bad management. Please fix it! Your clients deserve better.

Repairs
I was asked for model number for stove and told repair man would bring glass top. I was also told max repair cost would be 265 for the washing machine. Neither was true. I had to pay 99 for Tyler to tell me my stove top was broken and I already knew that.

Worthless
He didn't fix anything. Said don't use eco dry but eco dry doesn't work on time dry. He didn't solve anything. Spent 10 minutes to do nothing.
