Gentlemen came in and got right to work got the dishwasher working again even though I missed removing a piece that allowed the dishwasher to drain he was very efficient and professional

The technician was very personable. He had problems trying to figure out what if anything was wrong with the system. He called for help and tracked the problem. The system was working fine in the end. I thought he did an an outstanding job.

My home warranty used Sears repair service and Matthew was the repair technician he had a hard time feeding the replacement water line through the system where it needed to go, not his problem it is how Whirlpool made the refrigerator, after the line was installed and he left I noticed the water was not running at the same speed it was running slower when you got water from the refrigerator, at least it is not leaking when we get water.

Scheduling is ridiculous. How many people can afford to stay home from work for a whole day waiting. It costs more to stay home than the contract cost. I can't renew under these circumstances. Michael was able to use diagnostic tests that solved most of the problems. However, some of them have returned, so I will need a return visit. Cable is part of the problem so I will wait until they come before I call Michael back.

What Can U Do Better!

1. don't misdiagnose the problem with my dryer. Timer was not the issue. Nothing really wrong with dryer at all. Problem was electrical issue with the wiring (Improper voltage). 2. Don't set my return appt to replace timer that was not needed for 12 days after the original appt. 3. How about actually showing up for that appt, or if not, call to inform me that you won't be coming. No one came and no one called!! Extremely disrespectful! 4. If you're gonna NO SHOW/NO CALL someone, dont' just push them to the back of the appt schedule (a week later) like they are a new customer. Put them at the head of line for next day. Don't inconvenience them, inconvenience yourself since you created this bad situation. 5. Reimburse the service fee I paid, and any funds paid by warranty company as a gesture of goodwill. That's the least you could do. But I know you won't!!
