Jonathan was very professional and actually explained everything he was doing. We had a nice conversation while he was working . Very friendly and paid attention to details. My fridge was repaired in no time and he helped me put everything back inside the fridge after the repair. He did leave his rain coat here so if anyone actually reads these reviews… send him back!
