Mathew had an exceptional demeanor. His courtesy was stellar. Mathew was extremely knowledgeable and new instantly the issue with my freezer. I asked him a question regarding another appliance that wasn't on my service list . He answered so professionally and then explained I could have all my appliances maintenance done today. I asked the cost and was surprised . I gave The go ahead . When he explained , my dryer and how fires can start , I was grateful. As a 50 year old woman living alone, I'm not too knowledgeable on appliances. It is very rare to find someone that is professional,knowledgeable and willing to explain certain things . Thank you Mathew, and My son called and yelled at me for not tipping you. I did not know I could. I'm so sorry ! Hope your company knows what an asset you are . :).
