Matthew did a great job but getting the appointment made to have parts installed was very unsatisfactory and frustrating. This was the second time I have had this problem and, in the future, I will not select your appliance repair service for the job! You need to get your act together!!!!

Repaired leaking part of fridge
The Technician was very through and pleasant working with. We bought a warranty, so I don't know if it's covered. We already paid the service charge last visit.

Ken was here first thing in the morning and knew what was wrong with my washer immediately. He was fortunate enough to have the part on the truck and was able to fix it without any problem. He told me what he was doing as he was doing it and he was so positive and, cheerful!
