Ramiro was very efficient and patient. He was very diligent with communicating with me prior to the appointment. He was very knowledgeable. My light bulb just recently went out he had no problems being flexible and use a light he had. He was still able to complete the job with no problems. Ramiro went above and beyond my expectations.

He was efficient and thorough, and after performing the repairs on several appliances, he tested them all out repeatedly to make sure that they were operable. Ramiro is very professional and has a great personality. We are so glad he is part of the Sears family and is available to service our appliances.
