Explained the problems very thoroughly.
He was excellent. Knows his stuff and very personable. He explained why our oven doesn't heat evenly and at varied temperatures albeit finding nothing mechanically wrong, just poor engineering. Our appliance a a Zline gas/electric 36 range.
