Repairman asked for model number before he arrived. He thought he knew what my problem was and thankfully he had the replacement I needed and was able to fix the problem for me while he was here. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and accurate with his timing. I could of not asked for better service. I was a little concerned being I was using choice warranty but I felt better when I saw sears.
