LG repair
Ramiro had to come 3 times to help us get this old LG fixed. He diagnosed issue, ordered parts, and made repair. Came back today due to another issue. Thanks for your patience and help on getting it fixed. Really didn't want to purchase a new one. And well, being from the south, we kinda spoiled on needing our ice for our sweet tea! 😉

I have a plan with Choice Home Warranty. My AC was not working properly and they scheduled an appointment with a Sears Tech and Devin came out on July 11 and he looked at my unit and he repaired it. He explained the repair to me and we saw that the air was back to working properly, and I just commend him. He was very professional. He made me feel very comfortable and explained the condition of my unit to me and answered any questions that I had and he fixed it and he was just very respectful and I was satisfied and I appreciate that.
