Service vs scheduling
The Maintenance service provide by Phil was top notch. The sears scheduling service is dis functional and cost me 2 days of lost work wages due to cancelling my maintenance appointments twice without telling me. They also rescheduled these appointments without coordinating with me. That part of this Sears Maintenance service needs professional help.
