Freezer Repair
Ramiro was great! He was courteous and explained everything that had to be done as well as what was happening with the freezer. He also cleaned up when he was finished. 😀

Samsung Fridge 4 door with ice maker and water output
The Tech Ramiro, has done everything possible to repair this unit, even to the extent of doing some reprogramming of temp sensors to more closely match setpoints. He a great tech and thinks outside the box to fix it .

Phillip called ahead, arrived as he stated, was pleasant, and knowledgeable about our dishwasher. Before he left he provided us tips on using our dishwasher for better use. He was wonderful!!

Personable and knowledgeable
Vic called me first thing in the morning to let me know I was #3 on his call list. He notified me once he was on his way. Once he got here, he addressed the issue with my washer right away. He kept me posted on his progress and cleaned up when he finished. I would not hesitate to call him for any additional issues

Refrigerator repair
Ramiro was professional, efficient and timely. He called prior to arriving stating he was at another repair and that I was next. Luckily he had the part in his truck for the repair, but told me he never saw the information I sent prior, with the part number and picture of the water pump. My question would be; why is there a section to add information when submitting the repair request, if the repairman are unable to see it?
