He was very nice, professional and helpful... he explained things to me and went the extra mile by maintenancing the washer, which was scheduled for 2 weeks later, he went ahead and got the approval to do it while he was already here! Most ppl would've just done their part and left the rest for someone else to fix... He was also very quick!! Would rate 10 stars if possible!
