My repair man Michael was the best. He got the washer fixed in no time. He also told my mother I have a tub full of water please wash something so you don't waste your water. Great Awesome!!

William was great. But this was my first claim ever an whoever denied my claim is ludicrous,,for a broken agitator. Really get real people not happy at all,,why do I pay for warranty if your not going to fix anything???? Can u answer that. And I was told based on what William said,,what did he say???

Fridge not working
He explained everything that was going on with the fridge and why it was not working properly. Didn't sugarcoat what was wrong with it told me which brand I should and shouldn't buy. He then explained again so I can record it to explain to my spouse.
