The first visit was great very respectful had to reschedule for another day! The 2nd visit was nothing like the 1st, I have never been disrespected by a guest or a service repair technician in my own home before like I was today! If this is the kinda service GE sends out to our homes I will definitely reconsider buying another GE product!

No working fridge for 6 months
Terence is not the issue he came after the damage was done from previous technicians. He didn't know all the facts! Your process and the customer service people you have working at Sears do not provide accurate information nor resolves issues within an acceptable time. I have been told LIES since April about getting our fridge repaired or replaced. After waiting 6 months and repair after repairs. I still don't have a fridge! I am very disappointed in SEARS especially when I have purchased a warranty from Sears to repair or replace my appliance. My wife has been devastated about not having her fridge going through the hot summer with food in a cooler. REPLACE my FRIDGE ASAP! Where is your integrity as a business? Sears use to be a good company! In my experiences with Sears YOU are working to get out of business instead of working to stay in business! If that is the case closed your doors instead of putting families through the hellish process of getting their fridge repaired or replaced!😳☹️😤

Repair incomplete
One of the burners on the stove is still not working. So the repair was not completed. There was no communication as to why it was not fixed. He just left.

Poor warranty service.
I'm very upset that I wasn't replaced by my dryer. I didn't get my dryer repaired, I paid for a 5-year warranty for any damage and now they say it doesn't cover for insects being introduced. I feel scammed. Poor service doesn't serve that warranty I don't recommend it and I will never buy that warranty again.

Washer
Made it worse. Niw it doesn't spin at all. Lid won't lock anymore. Bad experience both times. Wouldn't recommend.

Maytag washer
The service technician diagnosed a Maytag clothes washer for me at a rental property in Jacksonville NC and gave a scathing report. I got a second opinion and that guy ran a diagnostic check and reset the electronics and the washer is working fine. I'm truly disappointed in the service technician performance. I believe this is grounds for a reimbursement.
