Repair my Whirlpool washing machine
Vick was very professional and seemed to be so patient when listening to washer as it went through cycle to diagnose where the problem is with washer. I did a load of clothes after Vick had left and repaired my washer. So far so good. Was also impressed that Vick cleaned up after job and took all garbageWith him.

Drain Line
The drain line from the air handler in the attic was clogged and not allowing the condensation to drain. Paul worked on it for an hour and even drained the pan in the attic with a shop vac. He said it should be fixed now but its hard to tell with the pan being drained. I'm not confident the clog has been removed. Paul was early and called to say he was coming early. Very professional in his demeanor and work ethic. I do hope its fixed. I will know in less than 24 hrs.

Not working
The technician claim to have fix it but the refrigerator is still not cooling or feezer not frrezing.

My thoughts on service
Jessica provided excellent service; however, I encountered some process-related issues. My service request was initiated through American Home Shield due to excessive noise from my dryer, which raised concerns about a potential fire hazard. Jessica arrived promptly after the appointment was set. During the initial visit, she cleaned excessive lint from the dryer, initially resolving the noise issue. Unfortunately, after running one load for 40 minutes, the loud screeching sound returned. I contacted both American Home Shield (AHS) and Sears Home Service, but the follow-up appointment was rescheduled twice, making it apparent that my time wasn't valued. It's unclear whether this scheduling issue lies with AHS or Sears Home Service, but it's an issue both customer service departments should address. Thank you.

Mr. Vick was professional and an overall nice guy. All of the required maintenance was completed except for clearing the vent line. I was told that I would need to schedule a plumber to finish the lint clearing.
